These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreevo mobile application and website (the "Services"), a marketplace connecting you with third-party providers across the automotive, home, health, lifestyle and leisure sectors. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to book services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and accessed using your mobile phone number with SMS verification. You are responsible for keeping your phone number secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Marketplace Role
Dreevo is a marketplace platform. Services booked through the app are performed by independent third-party providers. While we verify providers on our platform, Dreevo is not the provider of the underlying services and is not liable for their acts or omissions except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Do not use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Do not reverse engineer or copy any part of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in the Services are owned by Dreevo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
